  • North America

🚚 Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after your order is confirmed.

  • During high-demand drops, processing times may take slightly longer — we'll keep you posted.

📦 Shipping Times (Estimated)

  • Nordics & Baltics: 3–7 business days

  • UK & Mainland Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Japan: 7–12 business days

Note: These are estimated timelines and may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, or high volume.

💸 Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Some limited drops may offer free shipping, which will be clearly stated on the product page or promo.

📬 Tracking

Once your order is fulfilled, you'll receive a tracking link via email. If you haven’t received tracking within 5 business days, please contact us.

🛃 Customs & Duties

For orders outside the EU, additional customs fees or import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.

❌ Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your order is delayed or missing, contact your local courier first, then reach out to us if needed — we’ll do what we can to assist.
